We founded RadicalFusion out of a desire to leverage the emerging power and dynamism of cutting-edge web technologies to help non-profit community organizations acheive real social impact in the work that they do. We then expaned that goal to include businesses, artists, teachers and even government agencies.
Since our launch in 2002, we have helped dozens of organizations, professionals, unions, and socially-responsible businesses get the most out of information technology. It has always been a core value for RadicalFusion to consider the impact of technology on our society, our environment and our health. That value is present in every decision we make.
Agile Practices & Value-oriented Development
Our embrace of the agile methodologies for technology projects is perfectly in line with our social values. Focused on overall goals, rather than simply on features or specs, agile principles and practices allow us to work toward the core business or organizational needs of project. Agile encourages the formation of partnerships between the development team and the customer, so that the overall vision of a project is not lost in the details of implementation. We use agile as a way to continuously refocus our efforts on the needs of our clients, and provide them with frequent, regular releases of valuable software that they can use right away.
